I’m a product designer dedicated to crafting impactful user experiences across both consumer and gig platforms. On the consumer side, my work has focused on purchases, payments, promotions, and accessibility. More recently, I’ve been designing for the gig space, creating tools that support order fulfillment and empower shoppers to work more efficiently.

Before transitioning to product design, I spent over 5 years in the aviation industry, elevating customer experiences and optimizing ground operations. This unique background has equipped me with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of service design and operational thinking.
